I am a native of North Florida, having grown up in Wakulla County, just 25 minutes from the campus of Florida State University. About 4 years ago, my family heard about SSF through a friend who was actually living in the scholarship house that I am at now, ECA! My older brother then went on to live at SSF for his first two years at FSU, and now I have made it here also! I am incredibly thankful to have been given this opportunity to have on-campus housing. The people here are truly amazing! I am a freshman enrolled at Tallahassee Community College, but after this semester I can transfer to FSU. I am majoring in History and minoring in Classics and once I graduate, I would like to teach history and possibly Latin at (preferably) a local high school!
