House Bio: The trustees of the Hansen Foundation awarded SSF construction funds for the scholarship house in memory of Zenon C.R. Hansen. He was the Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of Mack Trucks Inc. until he retired in 1974. He spent 45 years in the automotive industry, which was capped off by his rescue of Mack from near financial ruin. He was also admitted into the Automotive Hall of Fame in 1983. Hansen Scholarship House opened in 1993.
